WHEREAS:

• The Canada's Minister of National Defence is mandated to protect Canada within its borders of land and sea;

• The Minister of National Defence is NOT granted power to evoke wars upon other countries nor make treaties that encroach on the territories of other sovereign states; and

• In contravention of defending our borders, the Canadian military does in fact invade other countries, being partner to the North Atlantic Treaty.

THEREFORE, we, the undersigned residents of Canada, call upon the House of Commons in Parliament assembled to immediately withdraw all connection, cooperation and material support from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
