Whereas:
- The Russian Embassy at 285 Charlotte Street in Ottawa be changed to 1 Navalny Way.
We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, Ottawa residents and constituents of Ottawa Centre, call upon the House of Commons in Parliament assembled to support the changing of the Russian embassy address in Ottawa, Ontario from 285 Charlotte Street to 1 Navalny Way.
