Petition to the House of Commons in Parliament assembled
Whereas:
- The current approval process of the Emergencies Act is inappropriate with only 50% plus one vote in the House of Commons.
We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, call upon the House of Commons in Parliament assembled to amend the Emergencies Act by requiring a special majority of two-thirds of the House of Commons to vote in favour of the Act to pass it.
