Petition to the House of Commons
Whereas:
- There are Canadians that do not have access to clean drinking water.
We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, call upon the House of Commons to include having access to clean drinking water as a right in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and to ensure that ALL Canadians have clean drinking water by 2020, without any excuses or further bureaucratic delays.
